Debt Recovery Account Manager
GBP24,000 to GBP27,000 depending on experience

My client a prestigious Law firm based in Bromley is looking for an Account Manager within their Claims and Enforcement department. This role will suit someone with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to self-motivate and strong customer service skills.

The role requires someone to provide a first-class debt recovery service working in a timely and efficient manner. You will be liaising with clients to update them on the case progress, monitor and review payments, write correspondence to clients and follow up with different parties to meet the relevant service level agreements. The Debt Recovery Account Manager will manage their own caseload of pre-litigation matters on behalf of their corporate clients.
