Debt Advisor

REED is excited to help an amazing company in the NN9 area look for a Debt Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s financial health by ensuring timely debt collection and efficient resolution of queries. We will be looking for a candidate whose communication written and verbal is at a strong level and who can type to a quick speed while on the phone and under pressure. 

Salary:- 24,000k 

Location:- NN9

Shifts:- there are 3 different shifts for this role which will be explained when you have applied for the role. This company offers hybrid working. 

1. Debt Collection:

   • Collect outstanding accounts within predetermined timelines.
   • Prioritize and manage the debt collection process effectively.

2. Depot Support Function:

   • Build, maintain, and enhance the depot support function for individually owned depots.
   • Foster strong communication channels with depots and customers.

3. Query Resolution:

   • Engage in direct telephone contact with depots and customers to resolve queries efficiently.
   • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

4. Litigation Preparation:

   • Assess accounts and prepare them for potential litigation, adhering to company policies.
   • Collaborate with legal teams as necessary.

5. Smarter Working:

   • Communicate proactively with team members, team leaders, and managers.
   • Implement strategies for more efficient debt management.

• Prioritization Skills:

  • Ability to manage daily workloads effectively.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

• Communication Skills:

  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Tactful and persuasive in handling debt-related discussions.

• Organizational Skills:

• SAP Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with SAP systems is desirable.

• Data Accuracy:

  • Ability to input data accurately.
