The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently in collaboration with a Managing Director run and owned motor trade dealership group based in Exeter. We are currently seeking an experienced Dealership Accountant to oversee a team of five members within the team. The successful candidate must hold motor trade and Kerridge experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements of a Dealership Accountant:

Guarantee prompt and precise submission of management accounts.

Scrutinise and relay any account inconsistencies to the management team.

Assist senior management in investigating departmental matters concerning accounts and staff supervision.

Accurately compile statutory information within designated timeframes.

Coordinate with auditors to furnish essential data for statutory accounts.

Supervise business cash flow and generate pertinent reports for senior executives.

Direct the stock reconciliation process to meet company requirements.

Expedite the creation and submission of composite reports.

Proficient in team leadership and management.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £38,000 + Bonus [Circa £47,000] + Company car!

Bonus paid quarterly + annual bonus!!

Monday to Friday hours + ability to work 1 day a week from home!!
