Dealer Principal

We are representing our Client, a highly successful dealer group based in Saudi Arabia, in their search for a dynamic and results-oriented passenger car Dealer Principal. This is an immediate opportunity for an Arabic-speaking professional with a strong background in automotive leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as either a Head of Sales, Brand Manager, or Dealer Principal within the retail automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proven track record of delivering on sales, paying meticulous attention to detail, and adept at analysing systems and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead teams, driving them towards further success.
• Commitment to delivering consistently high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the sales performance of the dealership.
• Analyse and improve existing systems and processes for optimal efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Drive a customer-centric approach to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Package

• Basic salary ranging from SR 31,000 to SR 34,000 per month.
• Aggressive bonus scheme based on performance.
