An award-winning Pensions & Investment Consultancy who are highly regarded and recognised as investors in their employees are looking for a qualified senior technical expert DB Pensions Administrator to join their growing team.

This role will focus on managing a portfolio of clients through effective team leadership, taking client ownership and working closely with client partners.

Specifics of the role include -

  • Take ownership and develop relationships with a key portfolio of clients. Ensure they received the best possible service and manage everyone around you to deliver to expectations.
  • Ensure all compliance related matters and work is completed, updated and recorded.
  • Keep undated with legislation or industry changes which might affect your clients. Highlight changes within the team and ensure all planning and requirements are performed well in advance.
  • Check and review work carried out by more junior team members. Help them develop knowledge and skills, educate where required and always be approachable.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of your clients, attend client meetings and develop relationships building strong bonds and rapport.
  • Have overall responsibility for monthly budgets and billings.
  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Gain an understanding of client fees, their attitude towards fees and present any commercial opportunities to the business.
  • Attend networking events
  • Always be approachable, willing to lead by example and help junior members develop skills, knowledge, and abilities.
  • Represent the department across the business and share information with other departments
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the department, help make it more efficient, make improvement suggestions.

To apply for this position, you must have significant DB Pensions Administration experience and be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge. You will also need to show strong leadership skills, be comfortable presenting to audiences and display commercial awareness.
