The Role:

In this role, you'll delve into the world of data science, utilising your expertise to generate valuable insights, manage risks, and drive innovation. Collaborating with their experienced team, you'll analyse industry datasets, develop advanced analytical techniques, and contribute to the enhancement of their understanding of biometric and behavioural insurance risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the maintenance of their Experience Analysis tools.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the in-force portfolio and play a crucial role in shaping the data strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, contribute to business development activities, and ensure adherence to quality standards and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of a BSc in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Alternatively, you're a PhD graduate and equipped with the foundational knowledge needed to excel in this position.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like R or Python, along with a solid understanding of data science techniques, is essential.
  • Experience in life insurance or reinsurance, as well as familiarity with healthcare or medical data, is highly desirable.
