Main Areas of Responsibility

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting academies to produce comprehensive analysis of internal and external assessment data
  • Working with colleagues across the Federation to ensure the MIS solution fulfils all of their requirements, making recommendations to our MIS provider where improvements are needed and taking an active role in the design of our analytics suite to support our academies in their delivery of world class education
  • Providing an expert level of service for all colleagues on all aspects of MIS and Power BI usage and championing best practice to ensure consistency and efficiencies
  • Developing reports and administrative tools for our Academies where required, utilising the Bromcom report builder, MS Excel and Power BI where applicable
  • Designing and delivering training and offer ongoing technical support to all stakeholders as and when required

The role will also involve travel to our academies where required to complement our increasing use of remote support.

What We are Looking For

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and related packages, with excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Professional verbal and numeracy skills
  • A strong commitment to continuing professional development including learning new skills and IT programmes
  • Attention to detail and confident reporting and documentation skills
  • Ability to ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Confident in delivering training and dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to improve more efficiency
  • Ability to work independently with own initiative on various ongoing projects
