Job Title: Data and Funding Manager

Location: Remote – with travel to the South East

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:
  • Experience of working as a Data and Funding Manager within the Apprenticeship sector.
  • Must have experience of Apprenticeship funding stream management.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Further Education Funding Audits (Apprenticeships)
  • Evidence of meeting strict deadlines and targets
  • Excellent Analytical and Analysis Skills

Role Duties:
  • Ensure all data and funding processes are effectively reviewed, monitored and implemented across the Apprenticeship department.
  • Review current processes and identifying improvements whilst initiating efficiencies.
  • Accurate and timely processing of outcomes in relation to achievement, withdrawal, breaks in learning, new starts and additional learning aims.
  • Develop audit action and response plans and an annual review schedule.
  • Ensure all data is recorded accurately within agreed deadlines, and in accordance with all regulatory standards.
  • Generate and present data reports.
