Your role as a data administrator will be to convert various difference sources of data into one format compatible for the businesses CRM system. On a daily basis you will be manipulating data from formats such as CSV’s, HTML, CCS and text files into Microsoft Access and then uploading into the CRM system.
As you settle into the role, the company offers multiple opportunities to grow past the role you have been hired for. Helping you further your career in either data processing or software development/projects.
Key Responsibilities of a Data Administrator
- Accurately manipulating data from sources such as CSV’s, HTML, CCS and text files.
- Providing accurate data to other parts of the business received from external partners.
- Manipulating data into one format.
- Uploading final data into the CRM system.
- Previous experience either converting or manipulating data from difference sources into one.
- Comfortable with data and numbers.
- Good ability to follow written instructions.
- GCSE English and Maths C grade and above.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines.
- Salary up to £23,800 DOE
- 21 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
