Our client, a highly successful family-owned business based on the outskirts of Colchester, is currently recruiting for a Data Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, great benefits package, and a vibrant working environment.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining and updating effective in-house database information and spreadsheets for business use
  • Liaising with clients to acquire database information, ensuring all information is logged correctly to facilitate a successful outcome for current and potential customers
  • Creating accurate reports, and identifying customers who require services
  • Ensuring any encrypted information is uploaded to the system
  • Answering the telephone, taking messages, and adequately dealing with customer enquiries as appropriate

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous Administration experience with an emphasis of data entry and use of spreadsheets
  • Strong IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Conscientious with good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
