Our client is looking for a CX and Change Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in this brand new and exciting role.

As the CX and Change Analyst, you will sit within their Digital Team and have key responsibilities to deliver their design process for change and support the delivery of new customer (CX|UX) focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The CX and Change Analyst will be responsible for analysing, identifying, and understanding customer behaviours, preferences, and pain points.
  • Using knowledge of Design Thinking methods and techniques, the successful candidate will work with Customer Data, SMEs, and Stakeholders to map out thier key Customer Engagement, Lead Journeys, and Value Streams
  • Help the client better understand the needs of their membership and prospective members

Qualifications/skills and experience:

  • The ideal CX and Change Analyst will have previous business analysis experience
  • Customer Experience design
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with conducting customer research
