The Opportunity:

This leading Tech-For-Good provider are on trajectory to double their client base, and this has prompted the need for an Customer Support Executive to join the team!

Work closely with the Account Manager and provide client support, such as: reporting and insights, screening and compliance, compliant handling and other client related activity.

Whilst not the primary point of contact for clients, you will get some client face time so a chance to show what you’re about!

It’s a small business so no day will be the same!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a B2B (Business to Business) client facing role.
  • Any experience working in or with charities and/or fundraising is heavily desirable.
  • A fantastic customer demeanour! Upbeat, engaging and ready to excel client expectations at every opportunity.
  • Strong Office skills, particularly excel. Data interrogation, insight sharing and reporting are a big part of this role.
  • A team player and someone that flourishes around others. This is an office role with a small team so we want everyone to connect!
  • A motivated and self-reliant worked who is happy to take the initiative.

The Package:

  • A base salary up to £25k with an annual bonus.
