Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant based in Stanford-le-Hope for a reputable professional organisation.

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Hybrid after training
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 7:00am - 5:30pm

The role…

As the Customer Support Assistant your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Manage customer stock sheets.
  • Create Customer's inbound arrivals and ensure all stock is booked.
  • Manage reviews and customer PO's.
  • Review/Reconcile the work order.
  • Book transport with designated hauliers each day.
  • Manage allocation of Raw materials.
  • Set up work orders.

The experience required…

As a successful Customer Support Assistant you will have the following:

  • Experience within a similar role previously.
  • Professional telephone manner with experience handling customer enquiries.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills with ability to pick up systems quickly.
