Customer Support Assistant - Excellent Opportunity - Immediate start

We are a busy Air Monitoring company based in Winnall, Winchester.

We have an immediate requirement for a Customer Support person to join our office team.

The duties will include:

• Answering customer enquiries via email
• Answering general air monitoring questions
• Providing quotations to customers
• Entering orders onto Sage and into our in-house database
• Ensuring goods are shipped on time
• Communicating with our lab analysts to check on the status of jobs

We require someone with:

• An interest in Lab work and air monitoring
• Excellent customer service skills
• A good level of IT ability
• Good attention to detail
• Good teamwork skills

We are wanting someone who is looking to work within a friendly in-house team within our family run company. We have been market leaders in air monitoring for many years. Full training will be provided.

Our office hours are:

9.00am - 5.15pm Monday to Thursday, 9.00am - 4.00pm Fridays
