Customer Support Analyst

The position as Customer Support Analyst involves:
Working closely with the wider teams
Accurately inputting data onto the system
Creating reports when necessary
Provide advice and assistance to members of staff
Dealing with all administration within the business
Working towards the companies policies and guidelines
Updating all information when required
The ideal candidate will:

Have the desire to learn and develop
Be extremely customer focused
Work well under pressure
Be able to pick up new skills quickly
Ideally have previous experience within an office
