Your new company

A highly reputable manufacturing company in Wigan is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis. This business has been in operation for over 100 years, with an international presence.

This is a full-time role, offering two days hybrid working 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Your new role

In your new role as Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for dealing with customer queries and receptionist duties, this will include taking calls and responding to emails in a professional manner. Along with updating and initiating new accounts, supporting colleagues with all administrative duties. Supporting with salesforce and raising requisitions and ordering supplies.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have successfully worked within a customer focused environment and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including great communication, time management and be able to build positive rapports with customers and suppliers. Along with strong knowledge and practice of Microsoft Office, with the ability to take ownership of a problem and see it through until resolution.

What you'll get in return

In return for this, you will be offered a salary of £23,000 depending on location.
