Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a Customer Support Administrator for a family ran business based in Oxford. The Customer Support Administrator is required to prioritise work throughout the day, ready to change to a different task in response to new needs/requests arising.

Role: Customer Support Administrator

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire - Parking is available on site.

Hours - Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 17:00

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 Per Annum

Holiday Entitlement: 23 Days Annual Leave.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working within a small team, who is confident in their approach, honest, reliable, and hard working.

About the role:
As a Customer Support Administrator your duties will be:

  • Call handling - Responding to policy / process queries.
  • Supporting customers with the resolution of complaints
  • Planning and scheduling of work for our field teams
  • Co-ordinating traffic management plans and highway authority permits.
  • Gate keeping newly received work & following processes within strict time frames.
  • Monitoring email inboxes, responding to internal and external queries.
  • Ensuring all details of customer interactions /complaints/actions taken are recorded.
  • Carrying out Land Reg applications
  • Creating generic letters to relevant customers
  • Producing work packs for field teams

About you:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Excellent Customer service
  • A confident and clear communicator with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritize a busy workload.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to adapt to changes of priorities.
  • Effective team player.
  • Able to self-motivate, prioritise, plan, and organise, including when under pressure.
  • A flexible approach to working with a 'can do' attitude.
