Customer Care Admin to £25k

  • Provide a high level of customer service to a range of customers
  • Ensuring sales orders and queries are actioned promptly and effectively.
  • Processing sales orders and purchase orders to ensure stock arrives into the warehouse and is despatched promptly to meet customer’s needs.
  • Use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and CRM system
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have a level of flexibility, initiative and who can think of their feet, answering a call if they see a phone ringing and replying to a query if their colleague is busy!
  • Monitor the sales e-mail and sending out acknowledgements
  • Liaise with customers via telephone and email regarding their orders.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond with emails and outbound calls
  • Process and manage forward sales orders.

  • Manage outstanding sales orders to ensure the sales figures are correct for the current month.
  • Provide cover in the sales office when colleagues are unable to fulfil their duties.
