CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: London SW6

Salary: £26,000 to £27,000 p.a.

Mondays work from home 09:00 - 5:30

Tuesday - Thursday we work from our offices 9:00 - 5:30 with 1 hour lunch

Half day on Fridays (1:00 - 5:30) and a half day on a weekend (work from home)

Our client is a highly successful, well-established organisation within over 10 year’s expertise within the luxury competition market, with a £10m revenue turnover. They are looking for a Customer Services Representative to join their team.

Duties include: -

  • Answering incoming calls and emails.
  • Responding customer queries within 24-48 hours.
  • Recording customer complaints, ensuring that they are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Voiding tickets where necessary.
  • Dealing with customer refunds and manual payments.
  • Updating customer details on the company’s database.
  • Assisting customers on how to play.
  • Resetting customer passwords.
  • Uploading game credit.
  • Login to the online chat.

Experience required:

  • Online customer services experience
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
