I am currently recruiting for my Telford based client for a Customer Services Representative/ Administrator on a permanent basis.

Salary depends on experience

Hours 8.45am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am - 4.30pm Friday

25 days holiday + bank holidays

Pension

Responsibilities for Customer Services Representative/ Administrator:

  • Dealing with customers enquiries via phone and email
  • Updating various systems
  • Ensuring clients are updated in regards to delivery
  • Supporting with invoice queries

Requirements for Customer Services Representative/ Administrator:

Previous extensive experience in a telephone based customer services role

  • Basic SAP knowledge desirable
  • Good data entry skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to multi task
  • Good eye for detail
