Your new role
This role will see you interacting with customers on a daily basis from a varied client base, from the initial contact, discussing the requirements, working with the in-house production team to ensure that capacity was available, working out timelines for delivery with the client, providing estimates and quotations to customers and keeping the client up-to-date with progress being made.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong communication skills are essential in this role. You will need to be able to speak confidently with external stakeholders, with a good eye for detail and have a decent grasp of mental arithmetic and Microsoft Excel. The line manager is keen to secure a candidate with a strong work ethic who they can trust to represent them to their clients.
