Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours
Basic Salary: £25,000.00 Per Annum plus Bonus scheme

Our very well-established client who has a GLOBAL presence are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as a Customer Services Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is an experienced Administrator with natural people skills who has a passion for Customer Services and Administration.
Customer Services Administrator Role:
- Support the Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Team
- Sales order processing from start to finish
- Processing invoices within deadlines
- Organising deliveries
- Proactively support the service and sales process as a Customer Services Administrator
- Work autonomously as well as within a small team
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Proactively manage complaints and demonstrate full accountability in providing a solution
Customer Services Administrator Candidate:
- Previous Administrator experience in Essential for this role
- Highly computer literate using all Microsoft office packages
- An enthusiastic and confident personality
- A ‘natural ability’ to instantly develop a conversational relationship
