Customer Services Administrator

Full-Time - Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Basic Salary: £25,000.00 Per Annum plus Bonus scheme

Our very well-established client who has a GLOBAL presence are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as a Customer Services Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is an experienced Administrator with natural people skills who has a passion for Customer Services and Administration.

Customer Services Administrator Role:  

  • Support the Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Team
  • Sales order processing from start to finish
  • Processing invoices within deadlines
  • Organising deliveries
  • Proactively support the service and sales process as a Customer Services Administrator  
  • Work autonomously as well as within a small team
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively manage complaints and demonstrate full accountability in providing a solution

Customer Services Administrator Candidate:

  • Previous Administrator experience in Essential for this role
  • Highly computer literate using all Microsoft office packages  
  • An enthusiastic and confident personality
  • A ‘natural ability’ to instantly develop a conversational relationship
