The responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator include:
- A supporting role within the national accounts team
- Taking enquiries over the phone
- Raising PO's/invoices
- Data entry
- Liaising with clients over phone & email
You will be good at multi-tasking and be confident managing queries with customers.
In return the Customer Service Administrator role offers a salary of £23,000 - £26,000. Based in Whiteley, the working hours are 8am to 5pm.
