- Handling customer queries & complaints
- Calling customers to discuss requirements and needs.
- Dealing with logistics companies for deliveries/collections, competitive transport rates, and paperwork, Fuel surcharge rates.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities
- Detailed reports for customers
- HMRC Documents paperwork
- General adhoc admin, including paperwork following audit / ISO procedure
- Updating data for FX Rates on customers
- Other duties as assigned Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- Maths and English GCSE equivalent Preferred
Experience:
- Sage 200c advantageous
- Microsoft Office
