We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our lovely client based in Huddersfield. This company offers a modern, friendly working environment and lots of opportunity to progress.

This role is a mixture of customer service, webchat and email. You’ll assist the customer service team with queries around deliveries, product questions, faults and order queries.  We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and can recommend products through providing excellent service. 

Main duties to include:
  • Answering inbound customer service 
  • Responding to email and webchat queries
  • Processing customer orders, ensuring excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and ensure customers have the most suitable product
  • Talking customers through installations
  • Organising replacements for any damaged goods
We are looking for:
  • Experience in a customer facing role - can be face to face or over the telephone
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Someone understands the value of delivering an exceptional service
  • Good at building relationships 
Benefits:
  • Salary £25k-£28.5k
  • Monthly bonus up to £200 per month - based on service levels
  • Free parking and close to public transport links
  • Hours between 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with some weekend work (40 hours)
