Our highly reputable client in East Cardiff are looking for a permanent member of their Customer Service team to answer first line phone calls from customers looking for technical support.

Due to location, candidate will ideally have access to their own transport.

Salary: £22,000 plus excellent benefits & career progression path.

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

Shifts: Shifts will fall between 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday. There will also be 1 in 3 weekend shifts (8am - 6:30pm) too in which you will get a day(s) off in lieu.

The Role:

  • Provide telephone and email support to customers throughout the UK.
  • Co-ordinate engineer visits to customer sites and escalate service requests.
  • Deal with any concerns over the phone and complete call incident reports.
  • Update and maintain the company database.

The Person:

  • Good attitude and communication style when dealing with customers.
  • Competent PC user including Microsoft package.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Professional approach and customer focused.
  • Flexible and willing to work shift patterns.
