REED Business Support Crawley are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Technical Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a reputable organisation in the Crawley area.

This is an exciting opportunity to hit the ground running in a busy and varied, customer focused role joining a successful Customer Service team

The ideal candidate will have a background within a technical industry e.g. Manufacturing, Engineering, Distribution etc. You will also have outstanding customer service delivery skills and be looking to apply your skill set in a busy Customer Service Coordinator position.

As a Technical Customer Service Coordinator your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the administrative cycle of customer order processing insuring accurate order input.
• Responding to customer enquiries providing insightful advice on product availability and pricing.
• Liaising with wholesaler and end user to offer appropriate customer solutions
• Generate quotations using company system providing customer proposals both via phone and email
• Assisting in product returns process
