We are looking for a temporary Customer Service Advisor for a large retailer based in Rochdale. This role is supporting their delivery arm of the business, dealing with queries and providing order updates.

Customer Service experience is essential for this role, this can be office based or face to face. This company pride themselves on high levels of customer service so we are looking for someone who will go over and above to make sure customers are looked after.

Hours - 5 days out of 7, between 8am-9pm - alternate weekends, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid after training period - 2-3 days office/home
Pay £11.84 per hour - weekly pay
Permanent opportunities for the right candidate
