Your new company
I am delighted to be working with this family-run company to support them in adding a customer service advisor to their team. They work within the logistics sector, have a great team culture and modern offices with on-site parking.
Your new role
Working as part of the customer service team and closely with the bookers, this is a fast-paced role which requires daily updates to a portfolio of clients on the status of their deliveries. You will update on delivery times, identify delays and work closely with the wider team to create cost-effective solutions.

You will liaise directly with their clients over phone and email, maintaining and building on existing relationships.

Please note, this role does require weekend work. Your shift pattern will be Wed-Sat with work on one of four Sundays required.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a strong communicator, highly organised, able to work at pace and with the wider team to problem solve. You will have a high attention to detail, particularly for data entry.

A strong proven record of customer service is essential and whilst experience within the logistics sector would be beneficial, it is not essential.

This role would suit a candidate with strong customer service skills wanting to develop within the logistics sector or candidates with previous logistics experience.

What you'll get in return
