Customer Service Advisor - Damp & Mould
Location: Northfleet
Salary: GBP26,500 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Job type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their ever-expanding team.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
· Carrying out day to day Company administrative duties, including Key Client administrative requirements and operational staff requirements.
· Providing support to the day to day operational movements of the workforce including diary management.
· Liaising and building good working relationships with clients staff and tenants, contractors and colleagues.
· Accurately maintaining all relevant administrative documents, spreadsheets and databases
· Responsibility for the EH&S towards yourself and all others who may be affected by your work.
Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:
· Must have 3-5 years' experience within a similar role.
· Experience with damp & mould is essential.
· Excellent telephone manner.
· Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
· Willingness to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service
· A positive and professional approach.
