We are currenly working with one of the largest and most esteemed Wealth Management firms in the UK to recruit a number of Customer Service Administrators for their Liverpool office on a 12-month fixed term basis.

Our client is open to considering various profiles for this role, including:

Candidates should possess good Excel and analytical skills.

Job Description:

As a member of the team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of financial services operations, all while maintaining the highest levels of compliance and client service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing daily operational tasks to ensure compliance with regulations like anti-money laundering, FATCA, FCA, and CASS rules.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining precise client data.
  • Responsively addressing client inquiries via phone, email, and written communication, while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide effective resolutions.
  • Contributing to process improvements and participating in special projects to enhance service delivery.
  • Cultivating a culture of quality to minimize errors and ensure exceptional service provision.
  • Providing assistance and training to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in financial services operations (preferred).
  • A strong interest in financial services and investment management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and deadline-oriented work approach.
  • Adaptability in managing shifting priorities.

Professional Qualifications and Education:

  • Scottish Higher / GCSEs (or equivalent) at level C or above in relevant subjects.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as the CISI Investment Operations Certificate (desirable but not mandatory).
