Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our clients operations by assisting with processing customer orders via phone and email. This is an office-based position that requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as previous experience working in an office environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone and email promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide product information and assist customers with any queries or concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
  • Previous office-based experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
