Position Overview:

Are you a dynamic and experienced Team Leader? As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional packaging solutions to our clients. Keeping ahead of developments in customer service.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our clients

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Processing orders
  • Dealing with queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Responsible for all inbound communication
  • Entering and managing customers scheduled orders
