Customer Service and Stock Coordinator
My client in Letchworth is looking for a new member to join their team. You will be providing excellent customer experience ensuring a smooth delivery from warehouse to consumer.
 
Position: Customer Service and Stock Coordinator
Type: Temp to Perm 
Salary: Starting at £23,000, increasing to £25,000 after 6-month probation 
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week 
 
Role Overview:
The Customer Service and Stock Coordinator manages the movement, processing, and dispatch of goods within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You’ll be speaking with customers daily to update them on their goods and understanding their requirements and liaising with the warehouse for stock.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service and Stock Coordinator:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing goods using a Warehouse Management System
  • Oversee daily processing of over 100 orders from a large SKU inventory.
  • Communicate with clients to understand and fulfil delivery requirements.
  • Communicate with Warehouse Manager for intake, picks, rework, and urgent dispatches.
  • Generate reports on stock movements, batch details, and product "Best before end" dates.
  • Assist in stock audits and spot checks; produce relevant reports.
  • Trace product movement for recalls or stock inquiries.
