Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service Specialist for a prestigious luxury design company with several offices in the UK.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction within the UK based clients market managing mainly retail and business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing high-volume inbound calls: Handling inquiries related to products, quotes, orders, and product availability, both for internal and external customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: by promptly and efficiently addressing all incoming queries.
  • End to End Order Management: Overseeing the complete order cycle, from generating quotes to ensuring on-time delivery, while adhering to shipping, quality, and company procedures.
  • Complaint Resolution: Skillfully resolving customer complaints, invoice discrepancies, and delivery queries.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborating closely with various teams including merchandising, sales, testing, compliance, and shipping to deliver customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Sales Administration: Undertaking general administrative tasks and actively contributing to process improvement initiatives. Assist with after-sales service including fault resolutions.
  • Data Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Fault Resolution: Handling fault resolution and offering support to both internal and external customers across all aspects of our product range.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrating a proactive attitude by gaining knowledge of company’s brands and collections and providing additional support to the team as needed.

Requirements of the Customer Service Specialist:

  • Fluent in English
  • Previous customer advisor, merchandising, sales administration, or order processing experience.
  • Organised, ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines
  • Motivated and friendly
  • Strong communication skills with outstanding telephone manners
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proactive, results orientated with a positive outlook
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office
