Working as part of a friendly team your role will be to provide excellent customer service to clients and customers at all times. Via telephone/email/live chat you will promote the products and services offered.

You will ensure that your customers have sufficient supply of products and that they are happy with the service supplied. You will also be required to manage your own administration and maintain the database.

Ideally you will have a proven track record in a customer service environment together with excellent communication skills and used to dealing with a high volume of calls. This is a busy and varied role with no two days the same. You will be a good listener, a strong team player, be able to work to deadlines and have the ability to demonstrate empathy over the phone.

Salary £23,500 - £24,500, 25 days holiday per annum rising to 27 after 5 years’ service, contributory pension scheme, private health care, life assurance, modern office facilities, subsidised canteen, free parking onsite.

Full time working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day, between the hours of 10am - 6pm.

Duties;
• Provide a first-class service experience
• Complaint management
• Closely follow-up all sample requests by building strong relationships with customers
• Respond to all enquiries in an efficient and knowledgeable manner
• Continue to develop an understanding of customer needs to give appropriate advice as required
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products
• Take an active part in all departmental meetings
• Carry out administrative tasks as required

• Proven telephone based customer service background
• Empathetic approach
• Proven experience of dealing with a high level of calls
• Possess influential and persuasive skill set
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Able to multi task with a 'can do’ attitude
