Due to expansion, we have a great opportunity for a customer service / sales administrator to work for our super busy client in the Sutton in Ashfield area. Our client offers a great working environment and an early finish on a Friday!!
Within the role of customer service / sales administrator you will:
- Support the sales department buy processing orders received via email
- Process written quotations via email
- Manage sales orders from start to finish liaising with suppliers, customers
- Schedule shipping and sample requests
- Answer phone calls and respond to email enquiries.
- Contact lapsed customers via email and telephone
- Provide general administration support as required.
We are looking for candidates with experience of
- Customer service or sales administration or within a business environment
- Computer literate with good use of MS Word and Excel
- Great attention to detail with the ability to work on your initiative and in a busy environment.
- Fantastic customer service with the ability to talk to people at all levels.
