Customer Service Representative (German-Speaking)
Horsham (Onsite)
£24-26k, DoE

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic German-Speaking, Customer Service Representative to join a respectable manufacturing organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat channels in German.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken German is essential for this role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
