Due to an internal expansion to a department, a new job opportunity has come available for an experienced Customer Service Representative.

Reed is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in Yatton, Somerset, on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a great location for anyone based between Weston super-mare and Bristol, looking to cut down on their commute to work.

Requirements and Duties:

Has a “customer first” mindset

Enthusiastic and keen to learn

Creative Thinking / Problem Solving

Ability to understand Technical info (not necessarily technical in mind)

Can work with white and blue collar (relate to shop floor)

Ability to show empathy

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to summarise what needs doing

Inquisitive and hungry for knowledge

Attention to detail

Does not let a problem sit unresolved – will put their hand up if not sure

Control and Catalogue accurate information

Focus on Quality and non-conformance with respect to issues

Relationship building with the rest of the department and other departments across the business

Working Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8.30am - 5.00pm

Wednesday - 8.00am - 5.00pm

Friday - 8.30am - 4.00pm
