We are currently recruiting on behalf of this FTSE 250 British Utilities Company. We are looking for people who are happy to work from home or who would like to earn an additional income in conjuction with their current role.

The responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative Role include:

  • Liaising with people both face to face and over the telephone
  • Recommending the companies services
  • Helping customers with any queries or complaints
