Customer Service Representative

Location: Darwen

An ambitious manufacturing business are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to deliver an outstanding service to their clients.

Working with a varied client base, the Customer Representative will be the first point of contact for your business customers, supporting them with their queries and offering updates of new products within the business.

Duties involve:

  • Preparing quotes
  • Dealing with any telephone/face to face queries/customer complaints
  • Maintaining and developing strong relationships with customers
  • Providing information on pricing, product and delivery
  • Progressing customer orders
  • Additional ad hoc duties

What we are looking for:

  • Confident speaking to customers face to face and over the phone
  • Good IT/data entry skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Prior experience working within a customer service based role.
