Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Service and Parts Administrator based in Biggleswade on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Summary of theCustomer Service and Parts Administrator role

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Job Location:  Biggleswade
Type of Contract: 12 month fixed term contract
Hours: 40 hours, Monday – Friday

The role…

As the Customer Service and Parts Administrator, your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Answer calls from customers.
  • Promote and prepare parts/service quotations and orders.
  • Enter parts details onto the system.
  • Create internal and external invoices.
  • Input engineers' times build up the cost bases for invoices and for payroll.
  • Raise warranty orders, Sales Orders, Work Orders, purchase requests and invoices.
  • Process warranty claims and manage the acceptability or validity of warranty components or claims. 

The experience required…

As a successful Customer Service and Parts Administrator you will have the following:

  • Previous experience within a parts administration role.
  • Experience in the construction plant or transport industry.
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
