This role is an order processing specialist within a Customer services team based in West London.

Client Details

The client is a medium sized, national consumer goods business.

Description

The key duties will include but not be limited to-

  • Effectively meet all KPI'S on a daily basis
  • Answering phone calls
  • Answering chat queries
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints
  • Update and maintain customer records on the system
  • Support other team members and cross train for cover
  • Placing, tracking and chasing orders
  • Dealing with the stock take
  • Chasing and identifying order errors
  • Amending orders
  • Liaising with Parcel force to track and provide information
