Customer Service Officer
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading compliance company, with the appointment of a Customer Service Officer to join their team.
The company are long established experts in the compliance industry and offer support to the automotive industry. Their office is based in Emersons Green, and you will be working in a friendly close-knit team. You will be providing integral customer service and administrative support, ensuring a professional and first-class service to their clients.
You will be:
- Being the first point of contact for their network members.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Overseeing the distribution of high-volume compliance reports.
- Assisting with email enquiries in line with company standards.
- Handling user support queries and providing accurate advice.
- Collecting compliance and monthly site reports,
You will need:
- Call centre or customer service experience in an office environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Motivation and willingness to learn.
Benefits:
- Monday to Friday - No weekends!
- Hours: 8:30-17:00.
- Hybrid working to be offered once training is complete (50/50 split).
- Free onsite parking.
