- Manage and lead the Secretarial & Business Support team

Profile
A successful Customer Service Manager should have:
- A degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience in a customer service leadership role
- Strong understanding of customer service techniques and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
