Client Details

Page Group are working in partnership with an international business within the manufacturing and tech industry who are looking for a new Customer Service Manager to join their UK Head Office based in Doncaster. This is a key role and will join the UK SLT

Description

  • Manage the internal customer service function responsible for all B2B customer interactions across the UK
  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and inform customers of their order status including and potential changes around dispatch
  • Review and change operating procedures where required to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manager and assign engineers responsible for installations and servicing, ensuring resource levels match customer requirements
  • Ensure repairs and servicing are within contractual SLA's and agreed timescales
  • Take ownership of escalated customer issues in a timely manor
  • Liaise with other key international business areas to ensure stock level are able to meet customer demand and understand production lead times
  • Create and provide reports to key directors around customer satisfaction, OTIF and SLA's
  • Build strong working relationships with key B2B customers leading to strong retention and customer satisfaction

Job Offer

The role offers a salary of £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience along with excellent company benefits
