Customer Service Manager required to lead a fast paced, customer focused team. Salary is between £40,000- £45,000. Hours of work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. The ability to lead a team, implementing KPI's, setting high-standards, and multi-tasking alongside new projects is essential.

Own transport is required to access the office. Please note this is not a hybrid or remote working role.

Duties:

  • Point of call for telephone and email customer escalations and complaints
  • Day to day support to a team of customer service agents
  • Administration and back-office support to a team of customer service agents
  • Implement and ensure KPI's are achieved
  • Departmental performance reporting
  • Assist in the implementation of new contracts and services

Experience:

  • Waste management, hazardous skip hire, construction, demolition, asbestos, or other similar industry experience
  • A natural leader with proven management experience in a customerservice focused setting
  • Experience implementing KPI's
  • Excellent PC skills
  • A self-starter, motivated to provide the very best customer experience
