What you'll be doing:

The role will require the Customer Service Manager to oversee the customer service operations on a day to day basis, working with the team to bring outstanding customer service. Leadership of the executives in the team and implementing ways of enhancing the customer experience for the business.

Our client is a striving business based in Ferndown looking to grow and providing a technology service.

What we're looking for:

  • 3 years experience or more in a Customer Support Manager or Customer Service Manager position.
  • Leadership skills in motivating and developing.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and delivering solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
