The job is a customer service officer based in Inverness with working hours between Monday - Friday (9am -5pm) with the option to go hybrid once trained. The base salary is £21,500 - £23,975 + biannual bonus!

The role includes managing incoming calls and arranging engineer call outs to customers. The customer clientele is primarily vulnerable customer which will require a patient and understanding personality. Additionally, the role will require face to face support for customers who face communication challenges.
