A Technical Customer Service Administrator - German speaking - is required for Hunters’ medium-sized and global European wholesale client. The Technical Customer Service Administrator is the first point of contact for customers needing assistance.

Technical Customer Service - German speaking - the job

  • Using your fluent German on a day-to-day basis: prioritise and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat or instant message
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order or have received faulty products
  • Liaise with company suppliers to arrange collections, deliveries item repairs, correspondence and email management as needed

Technical Customer Service- German speaking - the person

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Customer service experience within an office, including call handling and CRM
  • Empathetic and caring attitude
